Crewe Alex are in league action tomorrow when they make the trip to Rochdale in a rearranged game.
The Alex who haven’t played since Boxing Day go into the game unbeaten in their last six matches.
Victory could catapult them up the table and into the play-off places.
Crewe boss David Artell has revealed he’s started tentative contract talks with two key players.
He wants leading scorer Mikael Mandron and defender Omar Beckles to extend their stay with the club.
Mandron has scored eight times this season while Beckles has been one of the club’s most consistent performers since signing from Shrewsbury Town.
