New signings at Stoke City and Port Vale

Rhys Norrington-Davies is convinced a host of familiar faces will help him settle in quickly at Stoke City. The 21-year-old left back has become the clubs seventh Welsh international in Michael O’Neill’s squad after joining on loan from Sheffield United for the rest of the season. And he’s confident their presence at the club will make him feel at home in next to no time. Meanwhile Stoke’s home game against Watford will now take place next Friday night the 22nd of January after it was selected for TV coverage.
Port Vale’s latest signing says winning promotion has to be the aim. Jake Taylor, who had a successful loan spell last season, has rejoined the club on a permanent deal. The Valiants are only six points off the play off places and the midfielder says if we perform like we did on Saturday we’ll have a great chance.
