Death by dangerous driving in Stoke on Trent

A man’s been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in Stoke-on-Trent, last November.
Police were called to a road traffic collision involving an Audi A4 on Sandon Road in the early hours on the 3rd of November. 65-year-old Paul Hammersley, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Rafaqat Abbas from Longton, has also been charged with failing to provide a specimen of analysis.
The 30-year-old is due to appear at crown court later this month.
