Stoke on trent hopes in paralympics in japan

Ian Marsden from Stoke-on-Trent is going to this summer’s Paralympics in Japan.
The 49-year-old, who won bronze at the 2016 games in Rio, is one of eight canoeists who’ve been selected to represent Great Britain.
Meanwhile long jumper Jazmin Sawyers from Stoke-on-Trent has taken a huge step towards the games.
She reached the Olympic qualifying standard thanks to an impressive leap of 6.90 metres in California.
