Appeal for information following indecent exposure incidents

Police are appealing for information after a number of reported indecent exposure incidents in Newcastle.

Officers were first called to Silverdale Park on Crown Street in April, following reports a man had exposed himself to two young girls playing in the park.

They were then called again on June the 21st to Silverdale Academy following reports of a man speaking to children at around lunchtime and exposing himself.

Other schools in the area were informed and patrols were increased in the vicinity.

The offender was described as white wearing a black coat and sunglasses
