20.06.2025 – The Moonlight Walk – Dougie Mac

The Dougie Mac  Moonlight Walk  is taking place on Friday 20^th June – it starts at 10pm and in June it will of course be just starting to go dark at that time.  It is a very exciting 10 miles walk– it is a great one for families, friends and colleagues –  everyone is encouraged to dress up in pink with accessories and whistles and glow sticks – and there will be accessory stalls, a glitter station and plenty of entertainment to get you warmed up ready to paint those streets pink.  Are you up for it – you can sign up on the Dougie mac website for just £12.  You can walk in memory of loved ones you’ve lost and you can visit the Dougie Mac garden of remembrance.  It is 10 miles but because it is at night and the atmosphere is electric the 10 miles is very do-able and very enjoyable!  We would love to see you there supporting our local hospice that most of us at some time or another have been grateful to.
