CRY – In memory of Dan Hughes

Did you know that 12 young people between the ages of 14 and 35 die every week in the UK with undiagnosed heart conditions.  Shocking statistics.  Dave and Sue Hughes are very proud to be the official CRY representatives for Stoke on Trent in memory of their son Dan who was lost on 19^th March 2015.  He was just 28 years old.  So far Dan’s fund has paid for 4,463 screenings and out of these 204 young people have been referred for further tests or treatment.
