The Salvation Army for Chesterton & Newcastle will be holding a community Christmas Tree Festival & Fayre. They have invited local groups and organisations to take part by decorating a Christmas tree with their own personalised theme. The Christmas Tree Festival & Fayre will take place on Saturday 2nd December between 10:00AM & 2:00PM at Chesterton Salvation army, Brick Kiln Lane, Sandford Street, ST5 7FA. They are inviting the community to come along and vote for the best tree, and enjoy some local craft stalls, community carol singing, festive refreshments and a Santa’s grotto. And it is absolutely free.
