18.01.24 – Possitive Mental Health Session – Changes and Affordable Food

one of our local charitys which does so much for the community is Affordable Food in Blurton ….. and we have told you they provide free food from Tuesday to Saturday 10 til 12.  In addition to that they provide a warm space every Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 til 12, when they open the community lounge where people can go for free tea and toast, a good old natter and also a warm at this time of year.   They also like to collaborate with others …. They often join with other organisations to hold days at their premises for the good of the community.  Tomorrow between 10 and 12.30 they will be joining with ‘Changes’ to host a positive mental health session.  This is the first session of 3 workshops to help you with mental health to improve your outlook and become more positive.  We are all slaves to our own mental health and any one from time to time might need a bit of help to push us back in the right direction.  So that’s tomorrow at Affordable Food in Blurton for more information or to book onto the course visit www,changes.org.uk,  I have put the poster on our website so you can get the contact details from there.  Also, Have a look at Affordable Foods website as well because they have so much to offer the community.
