27.04.24 – Charity Ball and Football in aid of Dementia UK (new venue for Footy)

Claudia Hanks is organising two fundraisers, this Saturday 27th April in memory of her Grandad, TONY CORNES

Starting with football …. Football between the Stoke supporters and the vale supporters at POWER LEAGUE IN STOKE (New venue) starting at 2pm – Tony supported both teams!!

So then for those with any strength left after the football, at Night we have a charity ball –                                       

at the Royal Music Hall, Pall Mall Hanley starting at 7pm with  Live Music, DJ, a magician and a raffle and Charity Auction, tickets are £15

And it is all in aid of a great charity Dementia UK!!

What’s the dress code – smart attire – and if you want to really go to town with a long dress or dinner suit – you can!!  But you don’t have to!!

Any stand-out auction prizes?  Signed Stoke and Vale shirts of course!!!

Tickets are £15 – you can get them through skiddle – but you can if necessary pay at the door.

So it is this Saturday, starting with football at Newcastle College at 2pm between stoke City and Port Vale themed teams  leading to a Charity Ball with live music, DJ, magician and a fantastic auction at the Royal Music Hall in Pall Mall at 7pm – and it is all in support of Dementia UK and in memory of Tony Cornes, who sadly did get dementia – but is remembered by his family as the avid football supporter – one of the only people to support both City and the Valiants!!
