Betley’s Big Weekend – 1st to 3rd August

BETLEY’S BIG WEEKEND … ‘Betleys Big Weekend’  will be taking place from Friday 1^st to Sunday 3^rd August … Following last years success it was decided that a new name was needed – something that sums up the event … and Betleys Big Weekend certainly does that.  Many people look forward to the Traditional Betley Show each year with all of the stalls, crafts and competitions, vehicle displays, dogs, horses, artisan shopping, music, fairground and tons more …. It is also a great place to get yourself a trade stand if you are into crafting or have a product to sell as the footfall is incredible!!   Betley Show will still be happening and it will be taking place on Saturday 2^nd August – but this year it is part of Betleys Big Weekend!!  The weekend offers something for everyone – Friday Night ‘On the Pull’, Saturday the Betley Show, and Sunday – Super fuelled Sunday!! On the Friday and Sunday as well as great music, including live bands, refreshments of all descriptions there will also be tractor pulling and on Sunday there will be lawnmower racing and quad bikes as well – last year it was fantastic – a fantastic day for all the family – and this year it will be even bigger and better – and don’t forget – Betley events are not for profit – any earnings go back into supporting the community!
