Paul Geory is organising an event to raise awareness and funds for the charity ‘Man Up’ – which is a mental health charity.  Paul is organising a bike ride in North Wales – starting and finishing at Chester Castle – it is on 27^th July and if you love to cycle sign up at the website castlesofconquest.co.uk – it is a really good website full of information about the route about the event and also about mental health.

Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just looking for a new challenge, this event is open to riders of all abilities. As you journey past historic Welsh castles, each mile reminds you of the importance of conquering the silence and stigma often surrounding mental health conversations.
