06.04.2025 – The Dougie Mac – Annual 10K Race

The Dougie Mac Annual 10k race – it’s taking place on Sunday 6^th April starting at 10am, at World of Wedgwood, in Barlaston.  It’s a 10k chipped run, and many experience runners from our local running clubs take part in this one because it is a challenging race. But it’s also gentle enough for people just starting out – as long as you get a bit of training in – and of course you can run a bit and walk a bit, you don’t have to run it all. There is definitely time to get in shape for it, even if you aren’t an experienced runner at the moment!  When you sign up you will get a training plan with hints and tips.   All of the info on how to take part is there on the Dougie Mac Website.
